12+ Month Hybrid Contract - Local W2 Candidates Only On Site in Providence 2-3x per week. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring the salesforce implementation and associated solutions meet business needs. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the IT industry. Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall. Key Responsibilities · Lead the entire project lifecycle for Salesforce implementation and enhancements, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics. · Serve as th primary liaison between stakeholders, IT teams to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives. · Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, often using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. · Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary to keep projects on track. · Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management. · Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, technical design documents, and user reference guides.
