RedStream Technology is searching for a Project Coordinator to work with our media client. In this role, you’ll partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve release quality, and build the foundation for disciplined, efficient product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Process & Workflow Management
* Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes for planning, development, release, and post-release activities.
* Standardize workflows and documentation for consistency across teams.
* Facilitate retrospectives and implement process improvements.
Cross-Team Coordination
* Act as the bridge between product, engineering, design, QA, and marketing.
* Maintain accurate project tracking (e.g., Jira) and status reporting.
* Manage stakeholder communications throughout the product lifecycle.
Release Management & Quality Assurance
* Track release readiness, identify risks, and drive migration plans.
* Coordinate staging validation, pre-production checks, and release documentation.
* Support deployments and ensure accurate release metadata.
Reporting & Metrics
* Build dashboards to monitor product health (adoption, retention, and support trends).
* Analyze operational metrics and surface insights for decision-making.
* Lead end-of-release reviews to confirm deliverables and quality standards.
Special Projects
* Drive initiatives to improve tooling, release infrastructure, and documentation frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
* Proven experience in product operations, program management, or similar role within a software or technology organization.
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving risks.
* Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and release management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
* Experience building dashboards or working with analytics tools.
* Knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle and deployment processes.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
