Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with precision.
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, or into trucks/containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support team members and contribute to overall warehouse productivity.
- Ensure smooth flow of goods, supporting the entire logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor role is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 60 lbs) and standing for long durations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual and committed to excellent attendance.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is beneficial.
