We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our growing warehouse team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This position demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order forms and scanning technology.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure proper handling of packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and vests.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
