This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and shipped. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product safety during transit and applying appropriate shipping labels.
- Process orders using our warehouse management system (WMS) and shipping software.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity before shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock shelves appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and pick carts.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Wear required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and appropriate footwear.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the fulfillment and logistics operations.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and utilizing PPE.
