Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all items are accounted for and securely packaged.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto trucks, verifying order accuracy and applying proper labels.
- Receive incoming inventory, inspect for damage, and accurately record stock levels.
- Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times, following all established procedures.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues to management promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
