Seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This position is crucial for the efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse and plays a key role in our Logistics operations. You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Your duties will include inspecting the forklift before each shift, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring that all operations comply with established Safety standards. Accurate record-keeping of material movements is also required. Adherence to all company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This role requires a valid forklift certification and proven experience. The ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) when necessary, assist with other warehouse tasks, and demonstrate excellent situational awareness is essential.
