- Receive and unload incoming materials.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and reach trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and the use of appropriate PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (scanners, computers).
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
