As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain and Logistics . Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Unpack, sort, and stock products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials and methods.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
- Strictly follow all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Support the broader Logistics and distribution efforts of the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace Safety principles and the ability to use PPE correctly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
- A proactive approach to supporting Logistics operations.
