Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a motivated Warehouse Worker in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, encompassing a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain and Logistics . Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Unpack, sort, and stock products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
  • Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials and methods.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all merchandise.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
  • Strictly follow all company Safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
  • Support the broader Logistics and distribution efforts of the company.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Demonstrated understanding of workplace Safety principles and the ability to use PPE correctly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
