- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves using order lists, scanners, or other technology.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details before moving to the packing station.
- Ensure all picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Operate powered industrial trucks or electric pallet jacks to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the picking areas and work zones.
- Strictly follow all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to a supervisor immediately.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics operations.
