Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload deliveries, inspecting goods for damage and accuracy.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or other equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for transport, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures, utilizing required PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as directed to support overall Logistics efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory for individuals with a strong willingness to learn. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A dedication to maintaining a safe working environment is essential. This role is a cornerstone of our distribution process in Minneapolis, ensuring high levels of service.
