Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items to minimize errors.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Process returns and restock merchandise.
- Follow all company guidelines for packing and shipping.
- Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational inefficiencies.
- This role involves significant manual tasks, including regular lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
This position is critical for our logistics success, demanding a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Your ability to handle lifting tasks and maintain accuracy in packing will ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of goods through our facility.
