Job Description

• Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with elevated service standards
• Coordinate with servers and culinary staff to ensure correct orders, presentation, and timing
• Maintain keen awareness of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, and monitor for special dietary requirements
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting as needed
• Maintain proper organization and readiness of service stations
• Monitor dining room flow and respond proactively to support servers and guests
• Uphold professional appearance, composure, and service standards at all times
• Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-standard service environments preferred
• Valid Smart Serve Certification, required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining service standards
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
