About this role With WRITER, you'll be working closely with the product and engineering teams to ship a product relied upon by tens of thousands daily. As a QA engineer, you'll focus on key parts of the QA process, define quality KPIs and metrics, drive testing efforts, and lead automation strategies to maintain high quality standards for all releases. Your responsibilities Designing and developing automation frameworks using languages like TypeScript and Python. Performing performance and load testing to ensure reliability and scalability. Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for various testing levels. Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies. Managing defects through identification, documentation, prioritization, and collaboration for resolution. Collaborating with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Mentoring developers on unit testing and promoting quality culture. Staying updated with the latest in test automation tools and methodologies. Ensuring data quality for AI/ML models, including creating specialized test frameworks for evaluating AI technologies like LLMs. Assessing AI-generated content for quality, errors, and alignment with standards and user expectations.
