Were seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience. You'll: Design and build backend systems using modern languages like Go, enabling advanced parsing, data ingestion, and complex querying. Develop and optimize our core knowledge graph and data pipeline using databases such as Neo4j . Collaborate closely with ML/AI engineers to integrate backend services with AI components, including LLMs and chatbots. Youll be responsible for end-to-end development, from initial architecture to production-scale deployment, directly influencing Anyshifts core technology. Where?

4+ years of backend engineering experience Solid experience with languages such as Go, Python, or Java Proven track record building scalable backend services Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, Azure ) Nice to have
Experience working with graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) Experience integrating backend services with AI models or pipelines Contributions to open-source projects Join an early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors and industry leaders (Docker, Datadog, Dataiku, Algolia founders).
