Employer Industry: Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology Why Consider this Job Opportunity: Salary up to $179,300 USD Bonus eligibility and equity options included in full-time offers Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment with high-caliber colleagues Chance to contribute to the development of a comprehensive Developer Hub that impacts hundreds of engineers Engage in company-wide offsite events to foster collaboration and connection What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Own the frontend experience of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), Coinbases comprehensive Developer Hub Build and maintain React components and pages that integrate with various infrastructure products Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and API publishers to craft efficient workflows Elevate the quality and design of internal tools used by engineers Improve accessibility, performance, and reliability of the IDP UI What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 2+ years of experience building modern, data-rich web applications in React or similar frameworks Proven experience in developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability Understanding of product and design lifecycles, with experience collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience launching new products from 0 to 1 Experience in a rapidly growing company (from startup to mid-size) Background working on front-end teams in the finance or platform services space At least 1 year of experience in developing React applications Familiarity with Golang, GraphQL, Docker, and NoSQL databases We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
