Job Description Min 10 years of total experience in Embedded SW Development with 4-5 years of experience in Program management with specific experience in Set-top Box / Media domain RDK/RDK-M/RDK-V/RDK-B related programs. Experience in SAFe/Agile/ Scrum management Strong Stakeholder & Risk management skills Strong Communication skills as need to very frequently interact with Senior Leadership Ability to work in high pressure environment.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree required, 10+ years Engineering/Program management and Agile experience for products in fast paced environment. Strong full life cycle Technical Program Management experience with strong communication skills up to the ELT level Independently building relationships and working across all relevant areas of the solution business including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support. Organizes and presents business, technical and program reviews/status to Senior Leadership using dashboards and JIRA agile project management tools. Independently coordinates deliverables and project assets to assist the project team. Personally, anticipates and addresses obstacles or issues that are moderate to significant in severity and escalates complex issues to management for assistance. Demonstrates advanced understanding of development processes and product launch scope and activities.
