We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. This position requires a strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist with inventory counts, and operate various warehouse equipment as needed. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. - Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to Safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear required PPE at all times.
