We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the handling of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the efficient flow of products within our facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and possess a strong attention to detail. We foster a collaborative and safe working environment, emphasizing adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
