Join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Warehouse Worker! This role is pivotal to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and unloading shipments, picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus. You will play a key role in ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and that orders are processed efficiently to meet customer demands. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is paramount to success in this role and contributes to a secure logistics operation.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and logistics.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory flow is beneficial.
