We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping orders. This position demands precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You'll work with a variety of products and utilize advanced logistics technology to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against documentation.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct quality checks on products and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Follow all protocols for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Assist in maintaining overall warehouse operations and support team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and equipment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
