We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You'll work within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the timely and efficient delivery of products to our valued customers. This position requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and adherence to all **Safety** procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure correct quantities are picked.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and wear **PPE** as required.
- Contribute to overall team goals and productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of **lifting** up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of **logistics** and order fulfillment processes is beneficial.
- Willingness to follow all **Safety** rules and wear necessary **PPE**.
