We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This leadership role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, training new employees, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. A key focus of this position is enforcing all company policies, especially those related to Safety and the proper use of PPE . You will conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards to ensure a secure working environment. The ability to motivate and direct a team, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, is essential. Experience with inventory management systems and a solid understanding of Logistics best practices are required. While direct Lifting may be minimal, you must be able to guide and direct others in safe lifting techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader to make a significant impact.
