Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and conduct root cause investigations.
- Implement and refine inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Monitor inventory levels and provide reports on stock status.
- Process inventory adjustments, receipts, and shipments according to company policy.
- Ensure proper organization, identification, and storage of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve material handling and reduce errors.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at loss prevention and waste reduction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with general logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, up to 30 pounds.
- Understanding of Safety practices within a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
