We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, ensuring the right products are selected in the correct quantities. This involves navigating the warehouse efficiently using order sheets or handheld scanners. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed to meet productivity targets. Attention to detail is paramount, as errors can lead to shipping mistakes and customer dissatisfaction. Responsibilities include verifying product codes and quantities, staging picked items for packing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. We are committed to a safe working environment, and all employees must adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and gloves. This role requires moderate physical exertion, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. The ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently is essential. You will be part of a fast-paced logistics operation where teamwork and communication are key to success. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
