Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following all Safety regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those related to the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse Logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as operational needs dictate.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
