Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Los Angeles, California, and play a key role in our supply chain operations. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
- Store products accurately and efficiently in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping schedules.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counting as directed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
