Job Summary:
Seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate for our San Francisco, California location. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring the seamless flow of inventory. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Our company places a high emphasis on workplace safety, and all associates are expected to adhere strictly to our safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. This position requires physical exertion, including frequent lifting. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick products based on order requisitions.
  • Pack orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free of hazards.
  • Comply with all safety standards and use of required PPE.
  • Assist with cycle counting and inventory adjustments.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
  • Capability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
  • Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
