Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, Michigan! We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by tasks.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems is beneficial.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
