Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to customer orders.
- Pack products using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order sheets or electronic systems.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory movement and order status.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area to facilitate efficient operations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for long periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear necessary PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
