Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to customers and clients in this varied and interesting role. They offer a fantastic working environment that values innovation and alternative thinking. As a Sales Negotiator you will be:
Book and carry out viewings on properties in the area Register applicants and take details, matching them to relevant properties Generate and book property valuations Negotiate offers between purchasers and vendors. Data collection and input strategy information to build market knowledge Liaise between all parties until completion of a property You will have the following skills / experience:
Ideally experience in a sales or customer service based job Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
