An exciting role for an experienced estate agency Sales Manager to lead a busy team in the Orpington area driving valuations instructions and sales while motivating a successful team to deliver outstanding results.
Worth Recruiting are working with an established multi-branched independent estate and lettings agency who are looking to appoint a Sales Manager for their Orpington office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven and ambitious estate agent with proven experience in property sales valuations and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the branch market share motivating the team and ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve branch targets
Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions
Driving business growth and increasing market share
Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times
Monitoring sales progression and achieving agreed performance levels
Building strong relationships with vendors buyers and local contacts
Overseeing office performance and providing ongoing training and support
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Experienced Sales Manager or ambitious Assistant Manager (essential)
Proven track record in valuations and gaining instructions
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of customer service and client care
Professional telephone manner and positive driven attitude
Exceptionally well-presented ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Orpington and surrounding areas (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
