We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *Pediatric Occupational Therapist *to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum potential through therapeutic interventions. We provide onsite therapy services to children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and physical disabilities in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat pediatric patients using evidence-based OT interventions.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with families and caregivers.
* Provide therapy in clinic, school, or community-based settings.
* Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, educators, and medical professionals to support holistic care.
* Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform treatment decisions.
* Work with individuals on the autism spectrum and those requiring early intervention services.
* Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
*Requirements*
* A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Mississippi.
* Pediatric experience preferred (clinical rotations or professional practice).
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Passion for working with children and families.
* CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
