About the Team You’ll be joining our Data Science & AI team, a growing firm‑wide function embedded across all service lines and Operations.
The team works closely with senior leaders, client‑facing teams and operational stakeholders supporting them with data engineering, business intelligence, predictive analytics and generative AI to streamline core processes and inform decision‑making.
We pride ourselves on being cross‑functional, commercially focused and innovation‑driven, offering exposure to diverse sectors and opportunities to contribute to high‑impact cross‑team projects.
A Message from the Hiring Manager I’m excited to welcome someone new to the team. You’ll join an ambitious team using data science and AI to reshape how work gets done across the firm – automating workflows, unlocking insights and driving better decisions. If you’re curious, proactive and keen to grow while tackling a wide variety of interesting high‑impact projects we’d love to hear from you.
Your Opportunity We’re looking for a hands‑on, energetic and intellectually curious graduate data scientist to join at a pivotal time in our data journey. This is a hybrid role that bridges data engineering and both commercial and internal data science projects, offering the opportunity to shape foundational infrastructure while driving value from our data assets.
You’ll support reporting across active projects and take on well‑scoped pieces of our growing data lake – helping with ingestion, data quality and smooth integration into a scalable analytics platform. Meanwhile you’ll contribute to commercially focused work such as pricing and revenue forecasting, maintain and iterate Power BI dashboards and prototype lightweight generative‑AI use cases (e.g. summarisation, retrieval / RAG workflow assistants). Your analysis will translate into clear, practical recommendations that inform day‑to‑day decisions, growing your ownership as you go.
How You’ll Make a Difference In this role you will :
Assist with commercial data projects (e.g. price optimisation, revenue forecasting)
Help spot new data opportunities to improve growth, efficiency and performance – contributing research and quick prototypes
Work closely with non‑technical stakeholders – capture requirements, share updates and translate needs into clear tasks
Co‑own reporting on outsourced data projects (status tracking, basic QA, documenting issues and follow‑ups)
Contribute to our evolving data lake: support ingestion jobs, data quality checks and routine maintenance
Help integrate data from multiple systems into a coherent architecture, starting with smaller pipelines and connectors
Translate business requirements into data queries, datasets and simple models under guidance from the Lead
Prototype and help productionise generative‑AI use cases (summarisation, retrieval / RAG workflow assistants)
You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have :
Bachelor degree or above in computer science, statistics, mathematics or other related majors – English can be used as a working language
Skilled in SQL and Python (or any other scripting language); familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods
Familiarity and interest in Generative and Agentic AI technologies
Strong problem‑solving skills and a natural curiosity
Comfortable working independently
Able to communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders and present findings
Energetic, ambitious and thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments
We know you have a lot to offer which is why we give you the freedom to thrive no matter who you are or what your background is.
