We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer / Architect to join our client s Salesforce Sales Cloud team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations within a highly regulated financial services environment. You ll play a key role in designing, building, and leading scalable Salesforce solutions while driving innovation across sales and marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flow Design and manage complex data models, security configurations, and approval processes Lead AI-driven Salesforce initiatives using modern Salesforce AI and automation capabilities Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and code quality standards Conduct code reviews and mentor junior to mid-level Salesforce developers Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
What We re Looking For
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience 3+ years in a Lead Developer or Salesforce Architect role Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Flow, SOQL, and Batch Apex Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise data synchronization Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governance Experience working in Agile development environments Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or related) are a plus
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $68 $70 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications. Benefits
