We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a background in B2B/B2C Lending to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of business funding. Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive hands?on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and possess advanced technical expertise to design, develop, implement, and maintain complex solutions within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high?quality Salesforce solutions that meet the business objectives. How Youll Make an Impact Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, process builder flows, and Lightning components. Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third?party tools. Evaluate new Salesforce features and updates to determine their relevance and impact on existing systems and processes. Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Why Well Love You
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands?on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects from conception to deployment. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices. Excellent problem?solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast?paced and dynamic environment.
