Key Duties \ Creating and delivering targeted sales strategies for specialist civil engineering products.
Identifying new sectors, regions, and customer groups to expand market reach.
Managing enquiries, preparing quotes, and building a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Conducting client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations on site.
Working closely with engineering, fabrication, and logistics teams to ensure project success.
Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Providing valuable market insights and customer feedback to senior leadership.
Supporting marketing campaigns with technical input and real-world case studies.
Promoting safe working practices and adhering to company Health & Safety and Quality standards.
About You A background in technical sales or engineering-led business development. Knowledge of civil engineering equipment, site operations, or groundworks (advantageous). Strong CRM and sales reporting experience. Confidence building relationships with contractors, consultants, and project teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, driven approach to achieving targets. Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally into Europe. Full UK driving licence.
