Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Sacramento, California! We are looking for reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be expected to handle materials with care, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of your work area. Safety is a top priority, and all team members must strictly follow Safety guidelines and wear all necessary PPE. This role involves physical tasks, including significant Lifting, and requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols and wearing PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
