Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing and organizing warehouse stock. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, requiring diligence and a proactive approach. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the efficient movement of goods. Safety is our top priority, and we expect all associates to adhere to our strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting and moving various items.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Commitment to safety and following all guidelines.
