Our Boston, Massachusetts facility is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. This is a critical role in our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and processing of goods. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, all while maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for carrier pickup and prepare shipping documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Follow all company safety protocols and best practices.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves, as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor position is advantageous. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Must be dependable and punctual. A keen awareness of safety is crucial for this role. Basic understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
