We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and you will be provided with the necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires individuals who are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our inventory is managed accurately and that our customers receive their orders promptly. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Practice safe lifting techniques to prevent personal injury and product damage.
- Support the logistics team in meeting daily operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
