Join our growing fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient order processing and shipping operations. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and timely. This role is critical to our customer satisfaction and the success of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using electronic devices.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Stage orders for shipping, ensuring all labels are correct.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the work area, adhering to Safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a focus on Safety.
- Utilize all mandated PPE as required by Safety regulations.
- Perform tasks involving consistent Lifting and movement of merchandise.
- Support the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Proficient in Lifting items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
