We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dentist to join our team at a private dental office. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Your expertise and knowledge in dentistry will contribute to the overall oral health of our patients. Pay based on % Collections. No Weekends. Flexible Hours full time or part time.
We pay for your dental license fees, malpractice, lab fees. Office is a mix of cash patients, PPO in network, medicare insurances. No medicaid. Option to work at our office in Uniontown, PA, Mt. Pleasant, PA or a combination of both depending on your needs.
Our Uniontown office is newly renovated with a CT, 3D printer, CEREC Crowns.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients
- Administer anesthetic to patients as needed
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, partial, clear aligners, root canals, etc (Any can be referred to specialists based on doctors decision)
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license - Pennsylvania
- Experience working in a dental office setting
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health
- Familiarity with CT imaging and CAD software for treatment planning
- Excellent infection control practices and knowledge of aseptic technique
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
