Seeking an energetic, focused, patient oriented chiropractic associate for a long term opportunity to be part of a patient centered, well respected chiropractic practice in beautiful Burlington, Vermont area. This position has excellent growth potential and may lead to a partnership opportunity and significant practice expansion for the right person. This practice has been in business for over 32 years and we have dedicated, long standing chiropractic assistants/massage therapists and an amazingly organized and proficient office manager who work work well as a team with the doctors. Our office is well respected in the community and is primarily a referral based (90%) practice (from both patients and the medical community). The doctor uses manual Diversified, Drop table adjusting and instrument adjusting along with low level cold laser and high intensity hot laser and physiotherapy modalities, specific soft tissue techniques, as well as exercise rehab to provide comprehensive treatment to our patients for their musculoskeletal conditions. If you are a motivated, self assured doctor or intern who can work well in a team environment and is interested in providing excellent patient care to our patients, we would love to hear from you. Starting pay as stated with great potential for significant increase in pay as your practice grows with a 25-40 hour work week. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Provide patient care through various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and pain management strategies.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Manage office operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Chiropractic degree
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Proficient in patient assessment and physical examinations
* Experience in patient care and acute pain management
* Familiarity with medical imaging and developing care plans
* Skills in office management and patient observation
* Experience/interest in trigger point therapy/deep soft tissue/myofascial work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
