This Senior Manager leads data and AI initiatives focused on customer experience, driving transformation for clients across marketing, commercial, web, and product analytics. The role requires strong commercial acumen, delivery leadership, and ownership of large‑scale analytics projects. Responsibilities & Qualifications
CX Data Expert – leading subject matter expertise in data‑driven marketing, customer research, digital journey optimization, personalization, MarTech, CRM, and AI applications in CX. Strong Delivery Leadership – experience leading cross‑functional teams to build insight solutions, MarTech CX solutions, or ML/AL solutions. Project Management Excellence – proven track record of planning, executing, and delivering analytics and AI/ML POCs, MVPs, and production solutions. Account and Portfolio Management – building relationships with senior stakeholders/C‑suite, securing new sales opportunities, and managing large portfolios. Commercial Acumen – responding to RFPs/RFIs, drafting SOWs, costing engagements, and negotiating with clients. Practice Development – contributing to internal capability building through campaigns, whitepapers, and team operations. People Management – mentoring and developing team members. Excellent Communicator – clear storytelling and presentation skills for senior client stakeholders. Innovative Mind – strong interest and experience with the latest advancements in data, AI, ML, and data science. Preferred Experience
Primary growth sectors such as Consumer Products & Retail, Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Public Sector. Familiarity with Agentic AI development and use cases. Benefits
