THE ROLE:
As a BI Analyst, you will take on a broad and varied remit, ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. The role will evolve over time, offering significant room for professional growth. You will play a key part in developing the company’s reporting suite, ensuring stakeholders have timely, actionable insights that drive commercial performance.
You will:
Design and build dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to self-serve and answer key business questions.
Deliver analysis that helps teams understand and act on emerging trends across the business.
Champion the use of cutting‑edge BI tools, transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
Act as a subject matter expert across all BI and data‑related initiatives.
Build and manage business‑critical data processes.
Ensure data quality, governance, and availability for every stakeholder group.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong academic background, ideally with a quantitative degree.
1–2 years min of hands‑on data analytics experience.
Experience building dashboards and reports using modern BI visualisation tools.
Background in Consumer Finance or Retail Banking is a plus.
Experience with cloud data environments (e.g. Redshift, Azure) welcomed.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Airflow is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
