just askWhat youll do day to dayGuide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicleActively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry databaseMaintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessionsRecommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferencesEnsure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-upDeliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referralsHelpful skills and qualificationsDont worry about ticking off every single skill here- if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationshipsAbility to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasmA genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the teams successStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detailExceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needsMust hold a valid UK driving licenceWe value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
