*The Opportunity*
This is a true *entry-level position designed for newly admitted attorneys. *No prior personal injury experience is required — we will provide comprehensive, hands-on training and mentorship from day one. You'll have access and work on pre-litigation files (demands, negotiations, client communication) as well as depositions, motions, hearings, and trials under the guidance of seasoned trial lawyers who have secured multi-million-dollar verdicts.
We are specifically seeking motivated, compassionate attorneys who want to:

* Learn high-value case evaluation and negotiation skills
* Be part of a team truly dedicated to helping our clients with the best possible outcomes.
*Qualifications*
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
* Active bar admission in Arizona
* *No prior legal experience necessary* — recent graduates, judicial clerks, or attorneys looking to pivot from other practice areas are strongly encouraged to apply
* Strong academic record, excellent research/writing skills, and a genuine desire to advocate for injured clients
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
*Responsibilities (with full training provided)*
* Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
* Draft demands, complaints, discovery, and motions
* Negotiate settlements (many of our entry-level attorneys settle six- and seven-figure cases within their first two years)
* Take and defend depositions
* Second-chair trials and eventually take lead on your own cases
