Data Analyst Intern

As a Data Analyst Intern at Intelcom, you will help evaluate volume and density fluctuations to support proactive planning, while identifying areas suitable for electric vehicles. This is a highly data-focused role requiring strong Excel skills and ideally familiarity with Power BI.

• Analyze volume fluctuations to support proactive planning.
• Identify density variations and provide actionable insights.
• Assess areas suitable for efficient electric vehicle coverage.
• Conduct data analyses and generate reports using Excel.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract and analyze data from Snowflake using SQL.
• Collaborate with various departments to collect and harmonize data.
• Automate daily reports and improve analytical processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders across Canada.
• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and Streamlit is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
