We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled LPN or RNs to join our healthcare team. LPNs starting at $30/hour and RNs starting at $42/hour. The ideal candidate will possess experience with geriatrics. This role involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care . Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as PCC is preferred. At Birkwood Village we are focused on providing personalized care while fostering lasting relationships.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide compassionate resident focused care
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
* Supervise and support CNAs as applicable
*Shifts available*
* Full and part time 8 hour and 12 hour shifts available on Days and Nights. Rotate every other weekend.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
